the_singing_owl@hotmail.comThere's almost too much to go into. *wink*
Well, as a sort of fly-by biography, I was born and raised in Seattle in the higher end of society. I came to New York almost three years ago at the behest of my parents, and wound up loving it here enough to defy them and stay when they wanted me to come back home. Which is why I wound up seeking a job at the New York Journal; they withdrew all monetary support. No more loft, no more life of leisure. Not that I mind; I love the Journal, and I love my job. Everyone there is great; well, everyone but Dan *sticks tongue out* Kelly and Nic crack me up, Jack is great to talk to, Aidan's an all-around good guy, and much love to Ty, Nicolette, and Jess Tully, too! (We don't speak of Isabel; the witch-woman merits no attention).
There are two people at the Journal who deserve more than a customary shout-out. The first is Ellie Brewer, my best friend. Hon, from this 'big blonde git' to you, *HUGS and KISSES*. Last, because we save the most important and most dear for last, is Will Foster. My boss, my friend, my heart, my light, my love. My partner in crime and in life; babe, here's *LOVE and ADORATION* from your 'sweet'. I love you. That simple.
I love opera. And musicals. Really any form of theater with singing. Photography is my passion, my hobby, and my job. However, when I'm not doing that, you can catch me reading romance novels (a silly habit, I know, but can't help it) or geeking out on Star Trek while trying to look like I'm not geeking out on Star Trek. I also love ice cream in any and every form. The NYJ is my home away from home, and I live my life by that maxim.
Life is an ever-shifting tapestry of redemption and disappointment. The thread will run your way again eventually.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not Scott Speedman. I am a character on the role-playing game 'New York Journal' that uses his picture as a physical representation.
